Beautiful! Much longer than 24 inches though, probably closer to 30. It's counterintuitive at first, but the LHC way to measure is from your hairline at your forehead over your head, down the length of hair to the ends.

Are you asking me?

My signature picture is taken in daylight, while the photo with the orchid is taken in just lamplight. And I have dyed my hair once with chemical dye; in May I bleached my hair from a very dark wine red due to many years of henna down into a brighter copper. But the hairdresser who bleached it didn't take the inches closest to the roots, as you can see in my signature there is a colour difference there, and as my very light blonde regrowth came out that became even clearer, the unbleached parts became very brown and dull, and my 50/50 henna and cassia mix didn't even out the difference at all. So I have done one round of chemical dye now do even out that difference, and then I'll continue with henna and cassia

The picture with the orchid makes the colour look darker, it's really just slightly darker than in my signature now. I'll try to remember to take a picture when I'm out in daylight today ^_^

So, so many hair idols in this thread! It's always a pleasure to see so many beautiful manes! Really helps newbies stay patient on their hair care journey (well, at least it definitely helps me). It's also lovely to see so many different kinds of hair across the texture, length and color spectrums

Are just sections of hair allowed here too? I'm sporting 8th day curls at the moment, and my hair is a bit dark and poofy (plus triangle/square head going on lol) so a full headshot wouldn't show much but a big fluff pile. Though I might end up posting that too later

Top of my head has some waves while the middle/bottom has ringlets. The wave ends are a bit loose because of heat damage:

I'll probably keep on showing my hair this thread to encourage it to grow!

Here is a length shot I took today.

My hair is 39.5"! I am honestly shocked so I must've hit a summer growth spurt! Well, it's fine by me!
I was really hoping I'd make it to 40" by December. WELP, looks like I'll make that and then some!
