Wear hair up for a month/few months/year challenge!

Hello, I would like to join , but am still not clear what part of the day counts ? The whole day except for sleeping, working hours or ?
Today was the first time i wore my hair tied in 12 years

For me it's just wearing hair up when out, more so at work. When I get home I usually take it down for a bit and then put in a loose bun. It's been more of a matter of having it up for the majority of the day where I would possibly get the most damage.

Day 19 of 30 - half-pulled through pony tail with the ends wrapped around the base, divided in two across the bun and held with a hair pin and some claw grips. Or did you want the long-winded explanation?

Day 11: Half Figure-8 with stick

Day 13: Flipped braided bun with stick

Day 15: First flipped up French braid under a Buff, then a clippie-bun
