I am in a bit of a mid-high bun rut.I have hurt my neck/back and will likely be doing only simple, mid-high buns until it gets better. I'd rather have more variety, but holding my arms up behind my head is pretty painful right now, so I'm making it as easy as possible.

I've been considering changing my rules to include claw clips and other hair toys but hair sticks and forks. More on that as it develops.
