In SETTINGS at top of any page here under My Settings (not mine, your's ) see Edit Profile Picture and Edit Avatar.

It's up at the top of the page, top row, where it says "Welcome, GrazierGirl"

Yeah, use a real computer. I don't thing Settings is accessible on the mobile site. At least I don't see it either when I switched over just now. Full site only.
