The Mini-Milestone Thread

I cut about 8 inches out of my hair 2 weeks ago to 6 inches of length, and already my hair has grown 1 inch

It also already stays in two braids without falling out like it did 2 weeks ago. I'm very proud of my hair

I can almost ALMOST get my hair into a Lazy Wrap Bun. Just a little bit more and the Lazy Wrap is mine!

Oh, I ordered my first Ficcare today! So, an hair-toy milestone too. I already have hairsticks. And Flexi8's.

My ponytail is currently getting caught under my arm pits ! It's horribly gross, but it's exciting!

I've been meaning to post here for a while. I'm really stoked for a couple reasons.
1. My layers have finally gotten long enough that they -all- stay in my ponytail

2. If I stretch out my longest piece of hair, it just barely touches the top of my bra

3. I matched my darker roots using hendigo, so now I don't have a dye line as I grow

4. The shortest layer is now past chin length and that's the length I love to frame my face

Today I'm wearing a high ponytail, like right on top of my head, and it's catching between my back and my chair. Which is exciting but also vexing because I seem to have taken all my sticks and elastics home and put them away.

my hair is starting to go almost down the drain again when I wash it in the skin (which btw has been a nice change because I couldn't do that at waist length.) So soon I wont be able to wash it in the sink :|

I've grown into my XL Flexi! My cinnabun now fills it out nicely and no longer looks too small for the clip. Woo!

I've finally outgrown my small silk bonnet! It's taken a year, but I'm now on to the medium one.

I'm very close to a milestone: I like to brush my hair lying down, with the hair hanging over the side of the bed. According to my partner, my longest hairs are now about 1cm from touching the floor in that position.
