The braid picture thread

I haven't posted much here . Lately mostly wearing buns and little braids. But here is one I did today. Not a good photo. And my hair isn't in the best shape ( day 7th after washing and whole day of running at work behind). But I kinda like this And next time I will ask my husband to take photo of the whole braid, I shall mention that the whole ends as well, as he managed to cut at least 20 cm of my ends here

I love it!! Your braid is looking quite thick and I love the accent braids, especially the fishtail accent

I absolutely feel your pain on the small fishtail braids StellaKatherine. I occasionally do a lord of the rings inspired half up style consisting of a half up fishtail with 2 small fishtails braided at the sides and wrapped around the larger one...it looks gorgeous but as you said the small ones are an absolute nightmare to braid haha

This is a faux lace crown braid hybrid: the front (from ear to ear) is lace braided. The rest continues in a single braid around my head. I came up with this because my hair is so long now that doing a faux lace crown braid all around my head was impossible. So I just substituted the lacing part at the back with the single braid. Please pardon patchy bare spots...my hair is thinning in spots:

I rarely do fishtails because they take so long to do! They are so pretty though.

Messy Heidi braids. Never could do this with long hair, so there's that. I think on the right you can see some drops of the diluted aloe vera spray I hit it with when I was done. Whoops.

Also feast your eyes on the red nails I'm currently rocking... haha.
