Do you trim your hair, if so how often? I have been trimming every couple months until xmas to get rid of heat/colour damage, havent trimmed since then.

What supplements do you take? multi when I remember

Do you eat any special foods for hair growth/nutrition etc? Not on purpose. I am vegan though so a balanced diet is very important anyways.

Do you do scalp massages? Sorta in the shower when I CO I find a "massage" motion works more effectively than a "scrub".

What is your favourite shampoo? Bod ecology daily. Cone & SLS free & smells like ylang ylang. Lush!

Favourite leave-in conditioner? I leave in the above or a little coconut oil if very dry.

Do you colour your hair? I did. I had blond highlights, then put a natural semi over but its fading. Now I henna gloss <3

Goal hair length: KNEE really, TB maybe...but my hair is stuffed so i don't think i can handle anything past BSl without it looking too pathetic. WL was a nice length too, but i never want to be shorter, but with my failing hair health i don't have much choice, it just never stops falling out!

When did you start growing your hair? Since i was born. I had it at thigh length before and i loved it, but i can't get it back to that length because it keeps thinning. But my whole life i only ever cut it for a new start in life and immediately began to re-grow.

What is your average monthly growth rate? 1cm

Do you trim your hair, if so how often? I used to trim monthly to maintain and get thicker ends, now i only chop once or twice a year when it starts looking embarassingly thin. But now would be probably close to a year without cutting it...and i don't feel i need to just yet though i probably should soon cut back to APL

What supplements do you take? None, though i really should considering my restricted diet

Do you eat any special foods for hair growth/nutrition etc? No but i should. I do try to eat the superfoods that i can, so i do make an effort.

Do you do scalp massages? When i oil my scalp with neeli oil- which lately only causes more hair fall instead of the opposite

What is your favourite shampoo? Um... Don't really have one yet. I remember once i washed with neem and arrowroot, i liked that. But i don't have a fav.

What is your favourite conditioner? Matrix biolage hydratherapie. I used it as a leave in, until my skin reacted to it. Now i use this organics childrens conditioner. It smells like berries and its quite thick and organic and does the trick. I use hennawax occasionally which is a good treatment.

(-cones/quats etc) Um....Probably not...i used to be really anal, but since my hair chucked a fit and wouldn't improve no matter how well i looked after it, i've bleached it, and blow dried it and combed it wet and etc. So now i'd put anything in. Maybe not glue...though, i would. So, no. No.

What do you like most about your hair? Um, perhaps that sometimes it can be really soft underneath

Do you colour your hair? I bleached my fringe and colour it purple and blue. But I find the maintainence is too much as im busier now so im letting it fade completely and then just ignoring it.

I truely believe i have the worst hair than anyone on here, so i love everyones hair and i would do anything to swap with any member here. But ofcourse the usual suspects. I love honestly any colour hair now, everyones hair is beautiful in their own way. I love mirachans hair, amoretti, all the red heads- i love henna and red hair, everyone! Everyone!

If i'm going to bed, and i tend to shower at night, to prevent sleeping on wet hair i will cool blow dry my roots only just a bit so i'm not sleeping on sopping wet hair and hopefully by morning it will be dry. Not anymore damage than standing outside on a cool windy day i equate it to.

Do you make/sell any hair care products? make? yes. I'm a hippy. I like expirementing even though almost every time i see a chunk of hair down the drain.

What is the last hair-related thing that you bought? Um... I think just shampoo...Or my hair extensions. Its the only way i'll get thick long hair, i've pretty much accepted it, but i have a small degree of hope to try to get my hair to grow in a bit thicker. I shouldnt' be shedding 200 hairs a day. It's not normal. And for a few months i shed 20 hairs, and i can do it again....i think.

What is your least favourite product of all time? Tresseme shampoo and conditioner, it made my hair so brittle it snapped
