I usually put a tablespoon of nutritional yeast in my soup.

It's also Alverde's Aloe vera and hibiskus.

I heavy oil my hair with coconut oil the night before washing it.

What are your favourite basic oils?
Coconut and jojoba oils.

What is your favourite product of all time?I have not tried many products but oiling really made a difference in my hair.

What is your least favourite product of all time?
Shampoos with SLS for oily hair. My oily but sensitive scalp hates them.

Olive oil and maionese.

What do you like most about your hair?
I really like my hair's almost black colour, and the fact that it is not prone to split ends.

It's a bit thin and oily.

6 hours during winter and 2 during summer.

When did you start growing your hair? When I was a toddler. But I've cut it off a couple times since and I just started learning how to grow my hair WELL at the end of 2009.

What is your average monthly growth rate? Half an inch.

Do you trim your hair, if so how often? I never used to trim, but I trimmed almost every month last year after joining LHC to get rid of damage. Right now, I'm in the No Trims in 2011 Challenge to try to regain some length.

What supplements do you take? Multis, iron, and sometimes biotin.

Do you eat any special foods for hair growth/nutrition etc? Just the biotin pills.

Do you do scalp massages? When I have a headache

Favourite leave-in conditioner? The only one I've ever used is Chi's Keratin Mist, but that's only good when I need protein.

What is your favourite product of all time? Suave naturals conditioner. It does exactly what I want it to do, no cones, smells nice, and it's wicked cheap.

What do you like most about your hair? I like how manageable it is.

Share a funny/inspiring/shocking hair story if you have one: I went ahead and braided in knee-length hair extensions last year. They only lasted a month, they itched my head like crazy, were a b**** to wash, and took way too long to install, but I got to see what having extremely long hair was like for once in my life. It was worth it.

I don't use any specific deep conditioners. Usually I use olive oil or I leave in the vanilla conditioner under a cap for an hour. I'd love to try a burt's bees deep conditioner though. I've heard they're nice

Well it's not terribly funny but I remember when I was a little girl (about 4 or 5) I went to my cousins wedding and I hadn't seen her in a while. She had red hair she had grown out a little past classic length and at some point during the ceremony I very loudly pointed out that her hair was "longer than her butt mom! Look! It's longer than her butt!!!Looooook!!!!!" Lots of hushed giggles.

What do you like most about your hair? I like how, even though it's fine, it's thick and people tell me it's beautiful. People love to touch it for its softness. I don't mind because it's a compliment!

Twice a week, trying to stretch it out to once a week.

About two hours.

I have to have my hair up for school, and I usually have it up at home too. I have it down on party nights :P

Love them on others but they don't work on my wavy hair.

No, I'm finally clean..

Hmm, probably not shocking here but I sometimes put personal lubricant in my hair for the glycerin content.
