shower shedding (pic) is this average?

Being blonde with very fine hair strands, you don't really see it as much, so sometimes I almost find it hard to know how much I actually shed.

I'd say, OP, you lose far less than average.

I've always lost a bunch when I wash my hair. As it gets longer the wookies get bigger. I'm sure I'll have Chewbacca sized wads when I reach my goal (Okay enough with the wookies).

I lose a little less than that, but I've lost that much before, and it doesn't seem like much at all.

I lose like 5 times that amount every time I wash! Granted the only time I (finger)comb my hair is in the shower and I don't shower daily... but I haven't worried about the shedding since I've always been this way and have never noticed my hair getting thinner. I imagine unless you're seeing a change in shedding, you have nothing to worry about?

That isn't a lot of hair. If I don't wash for several days I lose a lot more than that. That looks about normal for a daily washing.
