I don't know that this was the most appropriate tread for this post, but I was really excited to see the amount of growth I've had since June (including two trims) and wanted to share. Apologies for being shirtless, but I can tell more about my growth at this point if I'm not wearing one.





I was pleased to see that I'm creeping up on waist and will probably be there by Christmas as I had hoped. The journey from BSL to waist has been long and frustrating, but I think I'm finally making some progress! Thanks for letting me share with you.

Gorgeous waves! Compact cut on top of the head or top of the forehead?

I use the Creaclip so I bend completely foward at the waist and with my head hanging down put my hair between the contraption. Visualizing it, it would probably be condisered top of head.

I just LOVE this thread it's so much fun seeing all the beautiful hair!

Was being completely vain and videotaped me using my new blow dryer. I was scrolling through the movie (go iphone!) when I realized I had the first decent picture of my hair at my current length this year!


BCL stretched, about BSL curly.

I love your curls! I am wavy and sometimes I wish I was either really straight or really curly! But, there are perks to being wavy too ;-)

I was going to dry my hair straight today but ended up wanting to see how wavy it was.
I think i have finally reached the length where i can where my hair wavy and it looks good! Also looks longer to me which i know is wrong as it gets shorter wavy but meh i don't mind.

Your hair is so pretty! I've always loved really dark, natural hair it's so pretty

Today's braided chinese bun, still solid as a rock after 5 hours walking outside (except for flyaways, but my baby hairs are growing like weed and today there's a freakin' whirlwind in my town).
Chinese buns (simple and braided) are my to-go style since few months.
