I don't regularly measure and record measurments but I have nioticed that I need to do my eyebrows and shave my legs a lot more so it must be working.
What brand of tea are you using? Switched between Teavana, Celestial Seasonings, and Twinings.
How and how often did you apply/(drink) it? Drinking only, one cup a day.
Why did you choose this method of application? I always forgot to apply every day.
What percentage of decrease of shedding did you find, if any? None.
If you drank it, how did you find the taste? What was it like? The Celestial Seasongings vanilla flavor one is AMAZING. I always have it plain; no sugar or milk or anything. I love it. The Twinings plain one with no other flavoring tasted just kind of like hot water. It also tastes good with chai flavor.
Will you do this for another month +? Why/Why not? Yes because I love it even if it doesn't grow my hair.

I'm bumping this up as I'm interested to hear more experiences (if any). I have used it as a leave in spray a couple of years ago but not for long enough to get growth results. It did make my hair really soft but seemed to build up slightly. I'm washing more frequently now though so might give it another go.
