I'm sorry,but I'm in the middle of a search for dress ideas for an upcoming formal event and this is exactly the hair I want to have,maybe minus the corkscrews on the bottom!

Thank you! I followed this Youtube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Alv-j9cxTkA I don't curl the top layers, because they are short and stick out too much. Depending on the angle you hold the flat iron, you can get tighter or more relaxed curls.I do tighter curls on the bottom, because I find they lose their curl easier if I don't. Just experiment! My hair has a lot of natural volume, but I like to use Got2b Powder'ful Volumizing powder! It's super cheap and works wonders.

That's really pretty. Only occasional use of a flat iron pretty much destroyed my hair in the past (all cut away now), so be careful with that thing!
