Oh yes, all time frames are welcome... it probably should have just been the "Consistently Deep Treat Challenge."

Just rinsed out my DT... hair was feeling quite silky in the shower, so that bodes well. Very little wet frizz - and it's muggy today, with 89% humidity and a 72* dew point - but I'm hoping that low frizz level will stick around once everything's dry.

I'm in for the weekly deep condition. I'll be using what I have plenty of. Olive oil.

Cool Re: Weekly Deep Treatment Challenge

Count me in!!! I am usually pretty good but 1) When using store bought deep treatments my hair was worse than when I started, and ACV rinses were not helping. However, now that I've figured out how well lemon soaks/rinses work for me, I'm all for trying that again! and 2) I kind of stopped the additions of the amounts of oil I was using before because since I switched to shampoo bars, that was too hard to get out, but if I go that route again, I may do an initial wash with a gentle 'daily' shampoo, and a second one with the bar (the bars are so beneficial to how my hair behaves, that I'm a little hesitant to not use them at all!)

I'm in although i've done one already this week. I did honey and aloe this week and my hair seemed to like it, although i got a bit of a sticky neck. It'll be interesting to see what methods people are using.

I'll try to get back in the habit. I used to overnight oil once a week and deep condition the following day...but then I got lazy and now only do the oilings. I'll probably just use a heavy conditioner/mask with EVOO added. Good idea, Kaijah!

I try to at least do something once a week, lately I've been doing SMTs but I'm running out of aloe, so I'll need to get more.

I'm kind of already doing this as part of the 'Use Up Your Stash Challenge' thread LOL, so count me in. I could do with starting overnight oilings again as my hair is looking a bit parched.

I need also to concentrate on using up my Motions CPR collagen reconstructor - it was a new, 'blind' buy (i.e. off internet) and is very heavy on mineral oil which I don't like.

I normally try to do one deep treatment per week, so count me in I've been on a break for the past few weeks due to a shoulder injury, but I'll definitely resume once my shoulder heals up.
