Hrm, I'm quite directionally challenged when it comes to doing rope braids. But then, I get lost in department stores too!

Here it is, the 4 dutch braids joined into 1!

It was a lot of fun to do

The meeting point of the braids is a little messy tough, but I wasn't sure how to join the strands in an organized way, so it ended up like this. It's a comfy style actually

Who should I style now? Maybe Knittergirl?

If so, you can go with the Topsy Bun Thingie. It looks very cool, I just discovered it

Okay, Armelle, I've done something based on one of the styles in the painting. (Pictures are in my album, taken after it had been in all day.) That was a really interesting and fun challenge, thanks.
Can I give you a style, by the way? If so, want to try a Regency style like one of the ones on this page?

here's mine:

my hair is too short for making a three coil bun as in the tutorial, so I made two ponytail for making the lateral coils and I united them for the central one.It's a bit different than the other one, but I like it

I redid my hairstyle but left the picture on my mom's camera. Once she sends it to me I will post it, but I'm up for another challenge.

Lailmil, I did the Halo Delux for you

Here goes:

I really liked it, but! The lace braid was not very easy to do. Ok, it was dificult... had to give it a couple of tries untill it got right. I'm with you now Renttle! You got your revenge

Anyways, I need to learn to insert bobby pins in a way my hair doesn't snap. I don't know if someone else has this problem... And also, braiding in strange positions makes it very hard to not have some breakage, at least for me

Surely I can manage to be EVEN more genlte...

Oh and it is not exactly equal to the pictures you showed me Lailmil, because I couldn't get the lace part to be so high on the head, because I don't have bangs like the lady in the picture. But I hope you aproove it

Now who should I style? Renttle? Shorty89? Lailmil?

Can I style the 3 of you? Lol...

So Shorty89, you can go with the Coronet Bun.
Lailmil can try doing an Edwardian Twist
And Renttle, you can go with a Cage (it's very simple, tell me if you can't figure by the picture

)
