I do this every time I wash my hair, even in winter. I feel like it does make a bit of a difference.
Yes, big difference in how my hair looks and feels.
Not sure, but I do it anyway.
No, no difference.
I don’t rinse with cold water, I use cheese.
Its usually cold rinse but it all depends how my hair behaves that week, sometimes it comes out better with warmer water....

Never paid close attention to the effects when occasionally doing this
I used to do this before and it worked. The first time I tried it made my hair obviously shinier and smoother. For some reason now it doesn't make any difference so I don't cold water rinse anymore. Can't say I miss it.
I've used cold water rinse last time i washed my hair and i can say it feels a bit smoother and shinier now. When i usdwarm water, it just doesn't feel too great to me
Doesn't seem to make a difference for me. For a while, I always did it. Then I thought "How necessary is this?" and realized it was not at all. Just an extra (unpleasant) step that was unneeded.

Usually my hair falls out a lot when I'm applying conditioner and washing it out. I noticed that by using cold water, hardly any hair falls out.
I've done cold water rinses for ages but still honestly not sure it makes a difference for my skin or hair haha but it's such a habit by now I do it anyways lol
