It honestly felt a lot worse than it looked. Protein overload made my hair feel sooo rough, stiff, and tangly.

Thank goodness someone invented SMT's for that!

I never had a protein overload (my hair loves protein) but I had a overload from moisture... Which apparently is possible too

Thank you both! I have always thought it was very ashy but maybe it's not and I have been told that I have light brown hair too but I guess I don't have that either if it's a medium blonde haha - it is very interesting to hear what people from other countries or regions have to say about this since the view of such things apparently gets skewed based on what people are used to, mine too.
