I adore the rainbow fork too, it's gorgeous!
edit- both rainbow forks actually- the one with the cloud and arete's one!

I have neglected my lathe creations of much lately and my first "self created bun" I decided to return to both this am.
These were made from Purple heat wood and while I was not trying to make a Pair they are the same wood.
Will post about the bun on the bun thread.

Day 4: My amazing, incredible, unicorn stick I got from neko in the winter swap. My awful disc bun does not do it justice. Just could not get it to work right today.... excuse the awful background too...

#6 is an elastic headband.

Beautiful grain on that Elymwold, Hele!

I had a ton of fun looking around for unicorns to put on a stick for Arete.

#7: another Elymwold (from Hele in a gift swap?).

#8: Kaydana made stick from gift swap.

Don't mind the mesquite flowers in my hair, I walked into a branch. Not an effective pollinator.

#9: Me made Tolkien fork.

#10: Maple Burl barrette.

#11: ONN acrylic.

I too love that fork but what amazes me in how your hair color looks so different in different lighting.

Day 5: Here is one of my first attempts at casting resin sticks. It was almost perfect, except for that stupid bubble. I forgot to tap it after casting *pouts*. Satin ribbon and pearlex powder in polyester resin.
