I usually do SC or CWC, depending on what my hair wants... CO doesn't cleanse my hair and leaves it greasy, sadly.

SC, but I only use diluted shampoo on the scalp NEVER on the length, unless I have build up.

I'm a lifelong devotee of CO, and can't even think of my hair on SC! In weeks after switching to CO, I went from poufy, frizzy, dried out locks, to shiny, moisturized, soft (and tame!) hair. I've become a CO evangelist and am always trying to get others to try it.

Shampoo and conditioner work well for me. I'm too scared to try going CO, never mind WO or SO.
