Hello Toadstool. I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am that you've been having a rough time. I hate to see anyone hurting, so I am sending you a big warm tight hug and these words: "this too shall pass". Do you mind if I ask what the codeine was for? When I was on board a few weeks ago, it seemed to me that you had or were going to have some kind of surgery. I am not meaning to pry. Just thought I may have missed something important here. I tried to check out your older posts a bit, but haven't come across what happened to you. Anyway, I hope that your weekend has some good things in store for you.

paper Congratulations on being Dye Free for one year. Your hair has certainly changed considerably during the year and now looks so healthy and shiny.

Sorry if this is a hijack... but how does one start growing out dye and having it look nice? I'm thinking of getting a matchback all over done to match my dark roots, which are a light ash brown with some red/gold undertones, THEN letting it grow out.

I know i have some silver in there too. The color in my avatar is much more purplish than reality, its currently a dark auburn fading out.
