    Hi,

I feel that If I would not trim my hair it would look awful.

I'm pretty new to the site and brand new to this forum but since my last haircut in March I have vowed not to even think about trimming until the end of the year. If I decide I need a bit of a tidy up, I will do it myself. I went to the hairdresser to get a "trim" and ended up with layers around my face 3 inches shorter than the back! Grrrrr!
Anyway, I measured my longest layer on July 5 at 25 and 1/4 inches and today it's just a smidge past 25 and 1/2 so I am pleased. Looking forward to "meeting" everyone.

Okay so I just cut all my layers off from BSL. So I am starting all over..... I won't be trimming my hair for at least a year apart from S&D but only if needed......

So, I just bought a tape measure (I feel I'm becoming a hardcore LHCer now!!), so I figure I can now join this thread

27th August - 34'' (this is measuring from the front of the head all the way back)

Welp, I measured recently and now I'm past 30 inches when curly! I'm off to buy myself a bunch of hairtoys to celebrate.

I haven't measured my hair since July 2013 because I did a major chop and did not want to know how short my hair was. I've had one trim of 5 cm since then and will not trim until 2016.

I got Hubby to measure my hair this morning and am at 62 centimeters.

I rarely trim, maybe once a year? Just to get rid of those little split ends, usually it's less than a cm.
Been growing without a real cut for almost 15 years, and my hair in the back in 51". ^_^
