what does dual voltage mean?
Dual Voltage is when it can be plugged into a outlet in the United States, and foregin countries. The United States runs on 110 voltage, most other countires use 220 voltage. When a appliance is dual voltage it can work on either system.
This curler set if for the United States only.
I am so tempted but The Naughty Mess laughs at all curling methods. If only I knew it would work.
I am almost 100% certain that it would work, how well would depend on your hair type.
I can create a nice wave, and add a lot of shine, by using the large rollers and leaving them in for 30-40 minutes. In order to curl ringlets I have to use a lot of size smalls and leave them in for over a hour.
My hair type is evil. The only thing that has ever curled my hair and lasted more then five minutes was leaving it in a sock bun for two days with tons of gel and product because I was to tired to take it out and didn't want to fight with it.
I would buy this if I didn't already have two of them, lol ! I love mine !!!!! Seriously the best thing ever for my unruly hair.
I would buy this if shipping to hawaii wasnt so expensive
