Default No stripping shampoo for henna?

Gru mentioned somewhere that only dynamite can take the henna out of your hair
I used to love Lush shampoos but stopped using them cause they stripped the colour out of my chemically dyed hair.

Can I really start using them again now that I have been hennaing for a few months? Can no amount of lemony ingredients take away the beautiful colour?

I agree with GRU, henna is permanent, LUSH shampoo will not strip it.

LUSH shampoos are pretty rad and they smell lovely, don't they?

I doubt it will work. I used Lush EVERYTHING at one point- until i realized they also put SLS in everything... ALLERGIC. Their shampoo never budged my henna colour.

O I'm so glad with your answers woopie!

Yes I always loved their shampoos, somehow my hair doesn't mind SLS or drying ingredients (quite on the contrary soap based shampoo bars do not work for me), and I missed them so much! They do smell lovely and make my hair so shiny

Hmmm I feel a Lush UK order coming lalalalalalala

It shouldn't do a thing. Very few things make a dent in henna and some people can never get any of it out.

I can use absolutely any kind of shampoo on my hennaed hair with no problems at all. Nothing will budge this red, luckily.

When I used chemical dye the lush bars made the color fade badly.. there is no sign of fading now that I use henna whatsoever
