Last years growth gains?

I thought this might be interesting. For those of you that track your monthly growth, how many inches did you gain this past year after all trimming and possible growth stalls?

After all my trimmings I believe that I have gained only 4" since last March.

I trimmed almost every month and gained 5cm which is barely 2". I am only planning to gain a little more length, the main focus is on getting my lengths as thick as possible for me.

Thank you Emichiee. I feel a little better now seeing that I am not the only one that is gaining only a little growth because of frequent trimming. I have been feeling a bit down lately because of this.

I ended up a -3" due to agressive trimming. I got my usual 6" of growth so I can't be too upset.

I didn't gain an inch. I did gain thickness through the length, though; my hemline seems half as see-through to me.

About four inches or so. Bear in mind that I can usually grow up to nine inches a year, so this was pretty pathetic.

I measured at 36.5" in June of last year...I really REALLY don't want to wait 3 more months to take this poll, because I'm sure I'll forget to look at it again.

So as of March this year, I'm at 42" solid, and I'm maintaining here for awhile. Which means I'll probably still be at 42" in June, I guess.

So that's 5.5" of gain in less than a year. I guess that sounds pretty average, since I trimmed twice, and only half-inch to just under one inch both times?

I gained only 1.5" in 2008, but I trimmed 3.5" and lost an unknown amount of growth to breakage before I started to trim. Hopefully I will gain more length this year - although I still have damaged, easily-breaking ends, I also know more about how to reduce my breakage and splits as much as possible.
