Ok, for the scents, Moroccan Rain, is so fresh, woodsy, and a soft spice. It is really hard to describe. I like the woodsy type smells. Dragons Blood (love the name) is a another woodsy scent, but deeper. Spicey. It is really hard for me to put into words. These two are not floral, or sweet. I really like them.
What to chose next.............
Very happy to hear there is hair after pixie. I was beginning to wonder......
Thank you for describing those scents, Cyndeigh. :flower: They do sound lovely. I like woodsy fragrances. I can't abide florals. These might work for me. :)

I tried the mermaid scent. Mermaid's blessing, I think it was called. Smelled great!

Cyndeigh , have you ever tried BPAL's dragon's blood scents? Is this one similar? I love it, and was thinking about getting absolutely everything Toadstool has in dragon's blood since you can't find it too often elsewhere...TIA.

I've got several of BPAL's scents that contain their Dragon's Blood note. (Actually, I have an almost embarrassing amount of BPAL compared to how much I actually wear.) To my untrained nose, the notes are very similar. It has a rich, spicy, almost incense-like quality. In fact, after going through my obvious Dragon's Blood scents, it smells much like Dragon's Milk, but less sweet, with some of the spiciness of Wrath. Hope that helps! It's one of my personal favorites.

Cyndeigh how long do the scents last?? Those sound lovely!!
I so hope you like them.:happydance: My hair loves them. The scents lasted for two days. I would "swich*my hair and still get a whiff of the scent. My hubby even noticed.

curly girl fla, hy! No I have not ever tried BPAL's dragon's blood scents. I don't know what BPAL is. I may have to give it a try.
Ushdui, thanks for the info! I do love the rich deep woodsy scents!
Re: Toadstool shampoo and conditioner -- has anyone tried these?
Eeeekkkk!!! My toadstool stuff should be here tomorrow!!! :cheese:
What is BPAL??
Also thanks for everyone's input on scents, I like woodesy and spicy scents too! So Dragon's Blood may be next on my list, and the Mermaid Blessing :D
Ladyfey, did you get the deep conditioner??
Re: Toadstool shampoo and conditioner -- has anyone tried these?
Ushdui, thanks so much for the db comparison. I loooove Dragon's Milk, Dragon's Musk and many (an obscene number really) other db BPAL blends. I think I absolutely need to get this scent. It would also go with the red musk and incense blends really well...next payday, I'll do some Toadstool damage!
For those who wanted to know. linky for Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab...amazing purveyor of perfume oils...and interesting reading...enjoy!

Re: Toadstool shampoo and conditioner -- has anyone tried these?
So I got my Witches Potion today! :D I almost attacked my mail lady, lol!
The first whiff I took was an overpowering cinnamon smell, not unpleasant at all, just very strong! I can smell something spicy too, kind of like incense. The description says cinnamon and patchouli, the patchouli is kind of subdued. The hubs thought he smelled jasmine or something in it, lol! :p But it smells excellent in the bottle, and I'll give an update after I use it!
