Re: Wurly and Curly thread!!!
If your Walmart is like mine, the FOTE aloe (with the blue lid) is nowhere near all the other aloe stuff (which is in with the suncare products). The clear stuff is off with the "obscure" lotions (like Cornhusker's), usually on the very bottom shelf.

Mine too GRU, waaay down low where I would have missed it normally. Not sure if Magic has Walmart's in Canada though?
Re: Wurly and Curly thread!!!
Yeah, we definitely have an abundance of Walmarts here. I'll keep my eyes opened for it! Thanks girls! :)

-Cheap & availability w/out ordering & shipping fees.
-Very light hold & doesn't cause tangles.
-helps a ton W/frizz.
-No wet look and I don't have to scrunch out the crunch.
-Just natural.
-Easy to mix w/oils.
Hope that helps :)
Oh awesome, thanks! See... you mentioned scrunching out the crunch. The wet look is my greatest fear, hence why I avoid gel. Gonna definitely look for it now! :D
Re: Wurly and Curly thread!!!
I'm a curly. I enjoy it very much! I just did my very first henna a week ago and I LOVE how my curls look and feel. :D
Re: Wurly and Curly thread!!!
I've never tried it. Is henna hard to do? Does it cover gray, lol?

It covered all my greys, but they were FLAMING copper for a few days until the henna oxidized. They're still bright, but they look like highlights. The rest of my hair turned a medium brownish copper/red (not orange and not red...kinda in-between. I love it). It actually wasn't hard at all. It was a bit annoying to sit there with mud on my head for 3 hours, but that was the worst part of it. I'm so, so glad I did it. :) I used the Sudina henna from Mehandi.com

Also a fan of curl keeper!! I use it alone and it works great for me. :)

Oh, I use the clear Fruit of the Earth Aloe gel for my hair, I got mine from the sunburn section, I didn't know you were trying to help Magic find a specific brand sorry for misleading her.
