Adhimadhuram ( aka Mulethi/Liquorice/galbra/yashi madhuka/Latin: Glyceyrrhiza Galbra ):
Baldness
Method I
1 Take 2 tsp of Atimadhuram [liquorice]
2 tsp of seeds of Dhatura [Oomathankai/Latin name: ? ] ---- Caution: It is poisonous
A little safron
1 tsp of milk cream
Make it a paste
Fry it in 2 tsp of coconut oil till charred
Apply on bald patches

II (Another method)
4 Grind 1 tsp of root pieces of adhimadhuram (liquorice) with
¼ tsp of safron and 1 cup of milk
Apply this paste on head patches at bed time continuously

Hair oil (to stop shedding):
Take a good qty of coconut oil,
add some castor oil into it, put it in a iron pot and boil it till it smokes slightly.
Now, make a paste of the following herbs: 5 petal Hibiscus,
henna,
Curry leaves,
little Jeera,
Fenugreek seeds,
Vettiver (this is a root),
Vallarai powder (also called Brahmi - a little - this is also a herb),
Karisalanganni powder (also called Bringhraj - this is a herb which has darkening effects on the hair and it makes the hair voluminous and healthier),
also add adhimadhuram (also called mulethi or Liquorice – Glycyrrhiza Galbra - this is a herb which cures itch and prevents dandruff).
Add little water and grind it to a paste. Now, switch off the boiling oil, and add this paste slowly.
