I don't know if this counts but for the first time in two years I was described as having long hair. I am between APL and BSL. I was so excited to finally think I fit into the long hair category.
I can get my hair to stay up in Spidermom's bun! Hooray!
Not a growth milestone but a skill milestone: I am wearing a crown braid to work today. I did it this morning, and I did it fast enough that I didn't have to get up extra early or miss breakfast to have time. It also looks reasonably good!
Woo, I just did my first braided bun with a pair of spin pins! I'm sure some wouldn't consider this particularly amazing but I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to updos
I was able to get nearly all my hair into a ponytail today (for typing by pony circumference/ hair thickness) just a month or two and the stragglers should line up as well!:cheese:
I was able to tie my hair into a knot at the crown of my head and have it stay :D
The funky layer phase has almost passed! :cheese:
That and my stylist knows exactly how to cut my hair next time. :D
My horns are now curling along with the other hairs, and my "new growth" from the winter are now 5 inches long, some 6, and they don't stick out anymore!! It's a slicker look on top!
My bangs fit into a low-at the nape bun! I'm so happy. No more bobbypins! :D
