Those look interesting.. how do they work?

You open up the ponytail part, put your hair through it and push the metal thinger up. Kind of like a bolero tie.

I finally got them! Turns out my mail still gets forwarded to my apartment. Silly post office.
So, I probably got them a week ago, but didn't check the apartment mail until last Sunday. Sorry about that!
