Can you do streaks over hendigo??

Hey guys
I love my hair color...
I did indigo and henna mix maybe two times
Then one time a two step
After that I have only been doing pure Yemeni henna
So my hair is dark...with a sheen of red
I would love some very vibrant red streaks just in my bangs
But I am not going to bleach!!
Question
Is it possible to get the streaks with. Perm color mixed with 30% developer.???

I think developer is going to cause you to get some lovely green tones. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I wouldn't recommend doing this without a few strand tests looked at in a lot of lights first.

Thanks...I have decided not to chance it
Even though I would love some wild hilights
Just the upkeep and damage etc
I figured
My hair is healthy now and looks good....leave it alone
