I have been having a lot of splits since being pregnant and am now looking for a good pair of affordable scissors for my S&D sessions.

It seems my old pair is so dull, it creates new splits :(

Since money is tight right now I was hoping anyone could recommend a good pair of scissors that does not cost more than $35.

I have looked on Sally's Beauty Supply, but the affordable scissors are rated badly .

I love the Tweezerman hair shears. They work great and are only about $20 at CVS or Rite Aid or Walgreens. And they come with a lifetime guarantee and you can send them in for free sharpening any time, but you pay S&H.

ETA: Hope you and baby are doing well! Don't see you around here much!!

I'm not sure if these are available where you are, but I have a pair of shears from Kiepe, an Italian brand (I think) of professional styling and salon products. I don't remember the actual price, they cost more than 10, but didn't get to 20. They are pretty sharp, been seven months since I last trimmed with them and I barely see any splits.
Best of luck with your health and pregnancy :flower:
