Hello all,
I have an oil from India which contains Bhringaraja, Amalaki, Methi, Neem and Bilva .
These are all different herbs i guess, it says its a revitalizing hair oil against hair loss and scalp infection and to promote growth.
Has anyone on here tried any of these herbs with some effects, positive or negative?
TIA!
xxAvi

Amla or amalaki is the Indian gooseberry. Bhringaraj is said to be good for hair growth! "Bilva" is from the Bael/wood apple tree. Don't know what it does for hair, but the fruit is very good (to eat) (for memory power and such). On the whole all the herbs in your oil are good. But when you first use it, it is good to dilute it with another base oil (coconut oil or sesame oil?) because sometimes new oils can cause shedding. Later when you get used to it, you can use it directly. HTH!!
