I'm really stupid with the searching.. could anyone guide me to a thread or article on how to use cinnamon to lighten hair? and also do i use cinnamon sticks or powder? :confused:

This thread might be helpful, also if you check out the honey thread you can use ground cinnamon in honey treatments to boost the peroxide.

It is actually the other way around. Most honeys have a much higher peroxide level than cinnamon.

Yes, I didn't mean to imply that cinnamon has a higher peroxide level, just that it can be added to a honey treatment to create a higher peroxide level than just a honey treatment alone. I guess my wording wasn't very clear, but that's something I took away from the honey thread, that additives (such as cinnamon or EVOO) can be put into a honey treatment to boost the peroxide level. (creating more peroxide than just a honey treatment without any additives) Is that right?
