Combining DT with henna gloss

I did a full hendigo on Sunday with Rainbow henna. I got the Rainbow because I can get it locally in bulk, so I figured I would try it out. The color turned out OK--not great--but I really didn't like the sift of the henna, and it was murder to rinse out. Anyhow...

I got my Moroccan henna from HennaSooq yesterday. I'm going out of town on Sunday for a week, and I'd really like to do a test run heavy gloss before I leave, just to get an idea of the color. Is it OK to do a gloss (tomorrow) so soon after a full hendigo, and is there any reason why I can't combine a DT with the gloss? The DT would consist of banana, molasses, oil, and conditioner. Oh, and if I haven't put any product in my hair since the henna (other than oils), do I still need to clarify first? Thanks for the help! :)

I use a henna gloss as a deep treatment. I mix my mud with conditioner and molasses and leave it for several hours. I apply to dry hair.

Thank you, that's perfect. I take it you don't worry about clarifying beforehand? I'm going to do a full henna next month sometime, but I just wanted to do something quick and easy for now.

I always clarify, I just let my hair dry (or mostly dry) before mudding up.
