Hi! I just ordered my first shampoo bar! :cheese:

I can't wait to get it! I'm so excited! Hehe. I'd make my own, but it seems like a messy process that I know nothing about. I DO have essential oils and an aromatherapy book though. I'm thinking I could whip up something good with what I have, but I'll try another time. If I like this then I may try and make my own. :)

How does a shampoo bar differ from shampoo in a bottle? isn't it harder to wash your hair with?

There's quite a lot of information here on the forums about them. This particular doesn't have a lot, if any, chemicals in it. There aren't normally cones in shampoo bars I don't think and they're good for plane travel since you can't bring liquids. It's just something new I've been wanting to try, but just like liquid shampoos, sometimes it takes awhile before you find one that you really like! I honestly don't know a lot about them.

The title of this thread makes me feel like sidling up and ordering a pint of beer.

P.S. For a beer rinse, of course! :P
