Hi All!
Need some suggestions here- anybody know of a non-protein shampoo for hennaed hair that is made from natural ingredients? Such as no cones, sulphates, or otherwise unrecognizable ingredients. I don't want to lose more hair due to protein overload- had to cut off four inches already as I didn't realize henna + protein = no no!:(
Thanks:)

This is probably not useful, but I use Indian herbs. I henna and do protein treatments but make sure I always follow protein with a deep moisturising treatment to balance things out.
Have you tried doing more deep moisturising treatments? They will save you from cutting your hair.

my hairs hennaered and does ok with occasional protein treatments but you do need to follow them up with a good moisturising treatment, such a shame you had to lose 4 inches. Tigi moisture maniac is a good conditioner no cones.

I henna a lot (4 times in a month, I am addicted to it!) and I just did a heavy protein treatment on my hair. By that I mean a keratin protein overload style, since I did bleach my hair and I have about 4 inches left of it that I don't want to cut just yet. My hair looks so silky! I need to do some oiling now, wash and then henna...
I love the Tigi stuff too...
