Wow, I haven't been able to check in here nearly enough lately. Anywho, I want to just brag a little on the hairsticks my father has been making for me as he progresses with his woodworking hobby.

Yup, I am pretty lucky. Free hairsticks, made to order! :cheese: My mother and I have been keeping him busy with ideas and he confessed to me other week that he finds himself noticing people's hair more when he's out and about than he used to. :lol:

I'll be passing these compliments on to him when he gets back from his trip on Friday. I should also get a picture of the new whale tail one he made. He's got the digital camera, so I can't do it now.

He has talked about maybe selling them at some point. He's said he needs to refine the process a little so he can turn them out somewhat faster, though.

I really like some of those and they look much prettier to me than many of the other sticks I've looked at getting. Obviously, I'd only ask him to make them for me if he a) wanted to and b) after I get a job and can pay for them.
