Here is the before and after. Before is 100% natural, virgin hair. After is from day one after a 25% henna 75% cassia mix (made with chamomile tea), left on for 3 hours. I am currently referring to it as "weasley orange" but I love it and I am just waiting to see it after oxydation!

Wow. that is the hair color I want. :heartbeat: So pretty. And as your starting hair color is just a smidge lighter than mine, it may be achievable....(Sorry, not trying to hijack your thread). Thanks for sharing; it's lovely!

That is lovely! It's amazing what kind of variety you can get with different heads and mixtures!

And hte great thing about henna is that under different light it looks a different shade- so it is flexible too!
I love both hair colours but the after picture is definately more glossy looking.

Very pretty colour!
The orange sheen calms down after a few days and gives the colour more depth, but yours is beautiful already.:)

And you were all worried that nothing was happening! I hope it is what you wanted, as it's just lovely the way it is.

I so can't wait till my samples come in, now I want to try a strand with more cassia!

There both beautiful. Personally, though I tend to prefer the before color, but they both look great. The henna has a wonderful shine as henna will.

The thing with my hair is- even permanent colours don't hide it for long. I really can't see that henna will be that different no matter what I have read. It will fade and there will be my hair again- it's always the same! :)

It is no longer the orange it is in that pic- although it is still very bright in the sunshine... lol
