I have a tiny bottle of sea buckthorn oil. Has anyone used it for hair care & routines?

I had a thread going on it for a while but for skin care.

thanks, ktani. I know the benefits of sea buckthorn for skin care, that's why I have the oil.
Have you used it for hair care? I read it should be good against dandruff and dry hair.
Sea buckthorn has sunprotection properties, what about using it for summer hair care?

I actually bought sea buckthorn shampoos but used them on my face - not my hair.

I never tried the oil for hair care but it is supposed to be very good on the scalp.

I use a sea buckthorn detangler, and I also have it in a scalp-stimulating/soothing hair growth oil I just made :)

I add sea buckthorn to my scalp oil mix once is a while. Especially when having some itchiness. As it kills certain skin parasites, it is helpful when having scalp problems plus it is good for the scalp skin the same way it is for the rest of the body skin. For the hair itself it doesn't do that much.

I used Dr. Hauchka Apricot and Sea Buckthorn Shampoo for dry hair, but my hair was too dry for it.
