Profile Colors?

I noticed Stephanie's profile has pretty colors. Is that a feature limited to Mods/Admins? Or, is there a chance I could make mine all azure-colored?

Do you have a Customize Profile option near the top of the User CP?

I'm also seeing Customize Profile at the top right of my profile (right next to the mini statistics box that contains my avatar). Do you have that?

I don't have permission to access the page. Darn. I wanted my profile to be all pretty!

Any way to make that setting available to members that have been here for a year (or two)? That would cut down on server use, I would think.

Well, it seems to be just a settings-related issue. I'm sure it's on Stephanie's to-do list.
