So I have a bottle of (off-brand) Neutrogena sesame body oil that I looove on my skin. Has anyone ever tried using it on their hair? I'm kind of scared to because I'm not sure what some of the ingredients are:
Isopropyl Myristate, Sesame Oil, PEG-40, Sorbitan Peroleate, Proplyparaben, BHT, Fragrance.
I currently use pure grape seed oil in my hair. Any thoughts?

I would try it!But then I´m a dare devil.
When I´m away somewhere and need to do an oil treatment-I use my bodylotion from Nivea with almond oil before I do my CO and my hair and scalp loves it!It might make a build up but I´m not sure.

Well, since the first ingredient is isopropyl myristate, which is a mineral oil derivative, I'd stick with the grapeseed oil, or try other vegetable oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter or cocoa butter.
Mineral oil and its kin aren't bad for your hair - but they aren't particularly beneficial, either, and they can sometimes be hard to wash out of your hair.
